THE RUNNING EMULATOR

              
     

The RUNNING EMULATORis the first movement specific, sequence specific and resistance specific trainer ever invented. There are treadmills on the market that use elevation and rubber bands for resistance and you still need an individual trainer to hold your rubber bands for you. The Running Emulator does not require this additional person. Each arm and leg has two different resistance sources and these are individually adjustable for resistance. This trainr has many adjustment features so you don't have to adjust your body to the machiine. This machine will adjust to your body. You must work out the upper and lower body separately. If you tried to do all of this at one time, you would only be able to do this for about 6 seconds. If you are training for the 100 meter race, a full workout on the running emulator will take you less than fifteen minutes. You will sweat on this workout, but it will not be for long. This workout will take about 6 sessions before you see any substantial improvement in your speed. If you are a sprinte,r you need to check this out for yourself. Do not expect that your trainer or coach has the ability to judge this trainer. If you have never been on something, it is difficult to make a judgement about it. Don't believe what your trainer and coaches say, don't believe what I say. Come and try it out for yourself!
